The 13/under Girls race was won by Hannah Brooks-Scully and the Boys race by Liam Willcox in a time just outside his age group club record. Victory in the Girls 14/over race went to Sarah Britton in a new club record time but it was the final race of the evening, the Boys 14/over, which provided the most excitement with less than one second covering the first four places. In a very tactical race, the four boys kept in line with each other and it was decided on the final length sprint. Ben Routhorn won on the touch from Tim Inns, with James Harvey and Matt Dark just behind. Tim’s time was a new club record for his age group.
